Job Description
As a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in guiding clients through the Medicare enrollment process. Your ability to communicate effectively and your in-depth knowledge of Medicare policies will be vital as you assist clients with their healthcare options.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective members with their Medicare enrollment applications.
- Educate clients on their Medicare benefits and various options available.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure clients' healthcare needs are met.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up necessary actions.
- Stay informed on changes in Medicare rules and legislation affecting clients.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Additional certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 2+ years of direct experience in healthcare or Medicare.
