Therapeutic Assistant

Job Description

As a Therapeutic Assistant, you will provide essential support to therapists across a variety of therapeutic settings. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that therapy sessions run smoothly, whilst promoting the well-being of our clients and assisting in various therapeutic programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering therapeutic interventions under supervision.
• Support clients in their exercises and activities designed for recovery.
• Document client interactions and progress effectively.
• Prepare and maintain therapeutic equipment and supplies.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere during therapy.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for effective treatment planning.
• Manage administrative duties to assist with seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Mental Health Support is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with individuals with specific mental health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression) is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
