Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Urban and Regional Planner who will play a key role in developing and implementing community plans. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to address social, economic, and environmental challenges while enhancing community livability.

Responsibilities

  • Complete thorough client assessments and design personalized treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, applying effective interventions.
  • Keep meticulous client documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Work in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Lead mental health awareness initiatives and community outreach programs.
  • Participate in professional training and supervision to enhance personal skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant master's qualification
  • Additional certifications in therapeutic techniques are a plus
Experience
  • Experience with trauma-informed care is advantageous.
