Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to nursing staff, promoting professional development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials that facilitate learning.
• Assess and address learning needs of individual nurses.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote educational initiatives.
• Develop online training modules using relevant software.
• Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new staff members.
• Organize workshops and seminars for professional development.
• Advise on best practices in nursing education and training.
• Contribute to the development of a positive learning culture.

Requirements

Education

• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards obtaining one
• Valid nursing license in the UK

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with a background in nursing education.
