Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Interventionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide crucial support and guidance to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues. Your expertise will play a vital part in facilitating interventions and shaping treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and assessments to design intervention methodologies.
  • Create and monitor individualized support plans for each client.
  • Lead intervention sessions and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques for effective addiction management.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Offer continuous support for clients through their recovery process.
  • Keep current with advancements in addiction treatment practices.
  • Engage in team training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.
  • Respond efficiently in crisis situations, providing immediate support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Master’s degree in related fields preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in addiction treatment or similar roles
