Responsibilities

  • Direct daily pharmacy operations and manage customer service initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources for the pharmacy.
  • Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Conduct patient consultations on medication use and side effects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in management is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of pharmacy experience with leadership responsibilities.
