Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide essential medical and administrative support in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and record their medical history and symptoms.
• Support physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and update medical records accordingly.
• Facilitate patient education to ensure their understanding of care plans.
• Coordinate patient referrals and appointments with other healthcare providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in staff training and development programmes.
• Engage in the implementation of health and safety protocols.
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing various tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Valid nursing licence in the UK
• Certifications in pediatric nursing or geriatrics preferred

Experience

• Experience in a primary care or family practice setting is advantageous.
