Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Program Manager to lead our health initiatives in Doncaster. The successful candidate will design, implement, and evaluate programs that promote wellness across the community. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and a deep understanding of health promotion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of wellness policies and programs for diverse populations.
• Drive community engagement strategies that encourage participation in health initiatives.
• Assess program metrics and report findings to senior management.
• Foster a culture of wellness within the organization and the community.
• Provide training and support for staff involved in wellness initiatives.
• Act as a spokesperson for wellness initiatives in community forums.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Public Health or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in wellness programme management
