Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Clinic Director to lead our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, ensuring excellent patient care, and implementing strategies to enhance clinic performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of the clinic, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations.
  • Represent the clinic in community outreach programs and partnerships.
  • Facilitate staff training and development programs for continuous enhancement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Encourage a culture of improvement and patient-centered service.
  • Manage conflict resolution and performance evaluations for staff members.
  • Develop and sustain an effective communication strategy across departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
