Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our clinical trials. You’ll ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and contribute to the development and delivery of our innovative therapies. Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the clinical trials process from planning to execution and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans efficiently.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including study investigators and sponsors.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.
• Maintain data integrity throughout the clinical trial process.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.
• Oversee the work of other clinical research staff and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies for study participants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years managing clinical trials, with experience in global studies preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CRO Management: Experience working with Contract Research Organisations (CROs) is a plus.
