• Provide support in managing prescription refills and patient inquiries.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

• Promote a positive patient experience through excellent communication.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a medical assistant program
• Additional certification in Dermatology is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a dermatology or clinical setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of dermatological procedures

Certifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

• English: Fluent
