Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our Peterborough location. The successful candidate will liaise between pharmacists, patients, and healthcare providers to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmacy workflow and ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services.
  • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with health legislation and safety standards.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Support the pharmacy manager in strategic planning and project management.
  • Assess and report on pharmacy service outcomes to improve clinical effectiveness.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Pharmacy Technician qualification or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or relevant field is desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment with supervisory experience preferred
