Responsibilities

• Participating in hospital committees focusing on quality improvement and patient safety.
• Engaging in research activities related to critical care practices.
• Overseeing the implementation of care plans and modifying them as necessary.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to new nursing staff.
• Preparing patients and their families for discharge and community care.
• Maintaining infection control practices and ensuring a safe patient environment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a Critical Care Unit is highly desirable.

Certifications

• Additional certifications in Critical Care Nursing are advantageous

Languages
