Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Sustainability Program Manager to lead our environmental initiatives in Leicester. The successful candidate will implement sustainability strategies that align with corporate goals and support the community.

Responsibilities

• Design training programmes for employees on sustainability practices.
• Assess and improve the organisation's carbon footprint.
• Develop engaging materials for community outreach on sustainability efforts.
• Review and update sustainability policies and goals regularly.
• Facilitate workshops and events focused on environmental awareness.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting and disclosures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field
• Master's degree highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years working in sustainability roles
