Job Description

Join our Brighton team as a Financial Analyst, where you will support financial planning and analysis activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and contributing to strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend forecasting.
• Create comprehensive financial reports for management review.
• Work closely with department heads to review and analyse departmental budgets.
• Help design and implement budget tracking systems.
• Conduct research on market trends and provide insights to management.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of annual reports and presentations.
• Assist in developing financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by management.
• Provide support for strategic planning initiatives and scenario analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related role
