Responsibilities

• Control and set up drilling and boring machines for metal and plastic.
• Conduct quality checks on completed workpieces to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with other operators and engineers to enhance process efficiency.
• Train junior operators on machine operation and safety standards.
• Utilize precision measurement tools to verify dimensions and alignments.
• Maintain detailed records of production outputs and machine settings.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in machine operation or a related field (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating automated drilling machines.
