Responsibilities
Perform regular checks on marking equipment for calibration.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding production flow.
Develop and implement effective marking strategies.
Stay updated with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
At least 1-year experience in a similar role
Technical Skills
Attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Knowledge of marking tools
Proficiency in reading technical drawings
Soft Skills
Good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Advantageous
Knowledge of the watchmaking industry: Familiarity with the components and processes within the watchmaking sector.
Experience working with Swiss watch brands: Prior experience in high-end watchmaking or related fields.
Ability to read and write in French: Having communication skills in French could be beneficial in relations with certain suppliers.
