UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in Liverpool. You will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and updates to existing products.
• Utilise analytics and user feedback to improve design effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and share best practices.
• Present design concepts and user insights to stakeholders.
• Create user personas and journey maps to identify pain points.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• A Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Certification by Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies: Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in motion design: Ability to create animations and micro-interactions.
