UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at our Bristol office, you will collaborate with product managers and developers to create exceptional user interfaces and experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to translate complex ideas into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience research, conducting interviews and surveys to understand user needs.
• Develop interactive prototypes and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment with branding and messaging.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Implement user feedback and analytics data into design iterations.
• Promote a user-centered design approach throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in user experience and interface design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• InVision

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with data visualization tools: Hands-on experience in using tools like Tableau or Power BI for design integration.
• Experience in the tech industry: Prior experience working in tech startups or SaaS companies is a plus.
