Job Description

The Ground Services Instructor will play a vital role in training and developing staff in ground support operations at airports. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively deliver training programmes, assess performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective training strategies for ground handling staff.
  • Conduct regular assessments to determine training effectiveness.
  • Utilise e-learning platforms to deliver training materials.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes affecting ground operations.
  • Coordinate with external trainers as necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process of new employees by providing initial training.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback.
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Aviation Management or a related discipline
  • Additional qualifications in adult education are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in training or instructional roles within the aviation sector.
