Printing Press Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Rotary Screen Printing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating rotary screen printing machines and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine settings for various fabric types.
• Mix inks to achieve accurate colour matching.
• Continuously monitor and adjust printing processes to enhance quality.
• Carry out routine maintenance on all printing equipment.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Train junior operators in machine setup and operation as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in related fields

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in textile printing

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Printing Software
• Machinery Maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
