Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Quality Analyst who is detail-oriented and passionate about improving patient care standards in the pharmacy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing clinical quality protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance projects and initiatives within the pharmacy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on clinical standards and regulations.
  • Review patient feedback and identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Ensure safe medication practices are followed by all staff.
  • Support audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
  • Engage in professional development to stay current in quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is advantageous

  • 3+ years of experience in quality management in the healthcare sector
