Job Description

As an Optometry Assistant at Optical Innovations Ltd., you will play a critical role in supporting our optometrists with eye examinations, patient management, and maintaining the high standards of our practice. Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilise equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Monitor and manage the flow of patients during peak times.
• Engage with patients to ensure they feel comfortable and informed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Additional certification in healthcare assistance is a plus

Experience

• Experience in patient care roles preferred but not essential
