Responsibilities

• Create and refine mechanical designs for various projects.
• Run performance simulations and analyse results for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams for prototype development.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with design flaws.
• Develop testing protocols to validate designs and ensure quality.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in technical skills and project management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
