Helpers--Electricians

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Helpers - Electricians to assist in the installation and wiring of electrical signs. As a key part of our team, you will learn from experienced electricians while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Help in the installation of various electrical signage systems.
• Work closely with senior electricians to understand wiring processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical tools and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Uphold health and safety regulations on-site.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and adjusting signs.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
• Support team cohesion through active participation and communication.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science
• Basic electrical certification (e.g., City and Guilds 2382)

Experience

• No prior experience required, but knowledge of electrical wiring is advantageous.

Certifications

• Valid CSCS card

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electrical tools: Familiarity with using tools such as wire strippers and voltage testers.
• Ability to operate a cherry picker: Experience in using cherry pickers for elevated installations.
