Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage their needs proactively.
  • Identify client challenges and work with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Lead projects from conception through to execution while maintaining client communications.
  • Assist in developing training programs for clients on product offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance business growth.
  • Participate in industry events to expand networks and promote company offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales
