As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers, handling calls, and providing top-notch service. You will work to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales by effectively addressing inquiries and promoting our products.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product information and guide them through the purchasing process.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling calls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification in customer service is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
