Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with software inquiries, and ensure clients have a seamless experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer technical inquiries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
  • Assist users in troubleshooting and navigating system issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
