Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create lesson plans that engage students and cater to their diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate and adapt instructional techniques based on student feedback.
  • Incorporate culturally relevant materials and real-life scenarios in lessons.
  • Support students in achieving their language goals through individualized instruction.
  • Conduct assessments to measure student understanding and progress.
  • Engage in collaborative projects with fellow instructors to improve curriculum.
  • Organize and lead language workshops to promote language learning.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings and contribute to school initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics or Language Studies
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience teaching languages to diverse groups
