Job Description

As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering training sessions and workshops aimed at employee development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design and a passion for empowering teams through effective learning strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training sessions using interactive and engaging methods.
  • Evaluate training sessions through feedback and adapt future sessions.
  • Create and maintain an inventory of training resources.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives.
  • Promote and facilitate e-learning and blended learning approaches.
  • Assess individual and group training needs through various methods.
  • Manage multiple training projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare reports on training effectiveness and employee development.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Training and Development
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in training or instructional roles
