Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Training and Development Officer to spearhead our learning initiatives in Manchester. As part of our team, you will design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills across the company. Your ability to assess training needs and deliver engaging learning experiences will be vital in fostering a learning culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain training documentation and materials for various programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance team collaboration and skills.
  • Utilize learning management systems to track progress and manage training records.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Act as a liaison with external training providers to enhance program offerings.
  • Monitor training budgets and resources for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • CIPD qualification preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development or HR.
Technical Skills
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Communication
  • Interpersonal Skills
Certifications
  • CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development
  • Train the Trainer certification is a plus
Languages
  • English: Fluent
