Join our dynamic team as an Icebox Man, where you will oversee the ice inventory and ensure efficient operations. Your role will involve liaising with various departments to fulfil supply demands while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels of ice, ensuring timely refills.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in ice handling.
• Assist in training new staff on proper procedures for ice supply.
• Engage with suppliers for ice delivery schedules.
• Document inventory movement and report discrepancies.
• Implement strategies for waste reduction in ice usage.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to ice supply services.
• Maintain a clean and organized ice storage area.
• Facilitate communication between departments to streamline operations.
• Participate in regular safety audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in ice storage and inventory management is desirable, but not mandatory.
