Job Description

The Roaster Operator is responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of food roasting equipment in our state-of-the-art facility. This role encompasses ensuring that all roasting processes are conducted efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of roasting and drying machines to achieve output targets.
• Conduct quality checks on roasted products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed records of machine settings and production runs.
• Assist in training new operators in machine operation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that the roasting processes adhere to environmental standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Support the team in troubleshooting equipment issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) is highly desirable

Experience

• Experience operating roasting machines or similar food processing equipment.
