Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Coffee Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register and process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages per customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure efficiency.
• Offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation techniques.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to refill supplies.
• Engage customers in a friendly manner to enhance their experience.
• Adhere to company policies regarding food safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Prior experience in a cafe or coffee shop setting preferred.
• Knowledge of different coffee roasts and brew methods desirable.

Experience

• Customer service experience within a busy hospitality environment required.
