We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bolton location. You will manage a team of front desk staff, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Hospitality or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role in the hospitality sector
