• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Document trip details for accounting and operational purposes.
• Notify management of any vehicle malfunctions.
• Follow all company guidelines and demonstrate professional behaviour.
• Engage with passengers to enhance their travel experience.
• Use maps and GPS applications to find the best routes.

Advantageous

• Previous customer service experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Experience with ride-hailing apps: Familiarity with apps like Uber or Lyft is beneficial.
