Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Cardiff location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, and experience in managing teams, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage and analyse financial data to drive profitability.
  • Set and uphold performance standards for staff.
  • Lead by example in customer service excellence.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events and activities.
  • Resolve disputes and conduct staff evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in the restaurant industry
