Job Description

We are seeking a talented Events Planner to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing a range of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. A passion for creating unforgettable experiences and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings to understand event objectives and status.
  • Manage event registration and attendee communications.
  • Organise transport and accommodation for attendees as needed.
  • Assist in the creation of event marketing materials.
  • Monitor event progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of event planning activities.
  • Use project management software to track all event details.
  • Build a great team environment among event staff and volunteers.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of event management experience
