Job Description

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. You’ll be responsible for organizing a variety of events, managing budgets, and liaising with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct venue inspections and sourcing based on event requirements.
  • Create and manage event budgets and invoices.
  • Facilitate client meetings to discuss event progress and any changes.
  • Develop vendor relationships and manage bookings.
  • Supervise event staff and volunteers on the day of the event.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Event Management is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in organizing events
