We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. You’ll be responsible for organizing a variety of events, managing budgets, and liaising with clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Conduct venue inspections and sourcing based on event requirements.
Create and manage event budgets and invoices.
Facilitate client meetings to discuss event progress and any changes.
Develop vendor relationships and manage bookings.
Supervise event staff and volunteers on the day of the event.
Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Master's degree in Event Management is preferred
Experience
4+ years of experience in organizing events
