Job Description

We are seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing group room reservations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your skills will play a key role in delivering seamless experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise incoming group bookings and coordinate with reception and housekeeping teams.
  • Conduct regular audits of group reservations to ensure accuracy.
  • React promptly to changes in group requirements and communicate adjustments to all relevant parties.
  • Train junior staff on handling group reservations effectively.
  • Assist in planning logistics for group events and special requests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service quality, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to discuss occupancy rates and future group bookings.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rooms division role.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

  • English: Fluent
