Job Description

As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will oversee the nighttime operations and ensure the smooth running of front desk activities. Your role is critical in maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audits, balancing accounts and transactions.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Record and prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Respond to guest requests and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with security personnel to monitor hotel safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions during the shift.
  • Conduct regular checks for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with front desk and management teams.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in hospitality management is a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • Strong numerical skills
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
Languages
  • English: Fluent
