Production Roaster

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Roaster to join our team. As a Production Roaster, you will oversee the roasting process, ensure quality control, and manage inventory levels. You'll play a vital role in our coffee production operations and contribute to delivering exceptional coffee products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the roasting process from start to finish.
• Implement quality control measures for roasted products.
• Maintain detailed records of roasting times and temperatures.
• Train and mentor junior staff in roasting techniques.
• Assist in developing new roasted products and blends.
• Conduct routine audits of equipment for maintenance needs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• No specific degree required, but relevant experience is a plus.
• Training in food processing or related field is beneficial.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in coffee roasting or a related field is highly regarded.
