Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Luxury Stay Hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments effectively.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Collaborate with different departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Support the team in maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Collect feedback from guests to continually improve service.
  • Ensure all guest information is handled with confidentiality.
  • Use hotel management software for daily operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in office administration or hospitality is a plus
Experience
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
