Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Motel Front Desk Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and assisting guests during their stay. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks will ensure a smooth operation at our front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests, providing excellent first impressions.
  • Handle guests' inquiries and offer recommendations for local attractions.
  • Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Accurately process reservations and maintain booking records.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-equipped.
  • Assist in check-outs, ensuring all payments are processed accurately.
  • Stay informed about motel amenities and promotions to better assist guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs.
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as required.
  • Adhere to safety and emergency protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role ideally in hospitality.
