Job Description

As a Sous Chef at Culinary Arts Group, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement seasonal menus.
  • Lead the kitchen team during service, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Promote a positive and professional working environment.
  • Ensure that all dishes are plated and garnished to the highest standards.
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness.
  • Monitor portion control and food quality to achieve cost efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
