The Room Service Waiter will be responsible for providing exemplary food and beverage service to guests in their hotel rooms. Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and ensure accuracy in service.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, and ensure correct billing.
• Remain knowledgeable about all menu items, including specials and promotions.
• Assist in maintaining room service supplies and cleanliness of the work area.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.
• Provide feedback to management about guest preferences and trends.
• Support the team by assisting other areas of food and beverage when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Languages
