Responsibilities
Lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality.
Supervise staff and provide hands-on training when needed.
Monitor food and drink quality and adjust operations as necessary.
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Oversee inventory management and supplier relations.
Plan and organise events and promotions to attract guests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to improve menu offerings.
Develop and implement marketing strategies for the restaurant.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises and equipment.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
Master’s degree is an advantage

5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
