Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our Manchester venue. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of food, service, and health & safety while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality.
  • Supervise staff and provide hands-on training when needed.
  • Monitor food and drink quality and adjust operations as necessary.
  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Oversee inventory management and supplier relations.
  • Plan and organise events and promotions to attract guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to improve menu offerings.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the restaurant.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises and equipment.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
