Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Chef Concierge to join our team. The Chef Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. They will oversee the concierge desk and manage a team of concierge staff, all while crafting unique guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Greet guests warmly, assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Manage databases of local services and attractions for accuracy.
  • Lead team meetings to enhance performance and service standards.
  • Liaise with local businesses to negotiate special offers and partnerships.
  • Evaluate guest feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Promote positive guest interactions and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or five-star establishment is advantageous.
