We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our Blackpool location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our restaurant maintains the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of restaurant operations, from planning to execution.
• Ensure restaurant ambiance aligns with customer expectations and brand standards.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation among all restaurant staff.
• Utilize social media and other platforms to engage customers and promote services.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance staff performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Hospitality Management degree preferred
• Experience in food and beverage operations is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
