Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cook House Supervisor for our busy kitchen. The successful candidate will oversee kitchen activities, maintain high standards of food preparation, and manage kitchen staff efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food presentation and ensure quality control.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to achieve high standards.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections for cleanliness and organization.
  • Attend management meetings to discuss kitchen operations.
  • Keep abreast of culinary trends to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Experience
  • At least 3 years of kitchen experience with supervisory duties
